Q: Where do I send my return?

A: Just send it back to our main office, 57 Green Street, Melrose MA

Q: What if I want a different size or color?

A: Same answer as above, but leave us a note saying why you are returning the product and what size/color you want. Assuming we have what you are looking for, we'll send it out within a week. 

Q: Who pays return shipping?

A: That's all you, kid. Sorry about that, but we will include some free swag or a promo code for the hassle. 

Q: When can I expect my gear?

A: All of our products are sent via USPS First Class mail; however, tracking is always included. Provide your email when you check out, and we'll send you the tracking information so you can keep an eye on your mailbox. Products usually ship within 2 business days of purchase.

Q: What if I have another problem with my order?

A: No worries, just use the "Contact Us" page and let us know what's up. We'll take care of it for you.
