Aiden

My name Is Aiden Michael Mann. I am a 25-year-old female to male transgender. I have been on testosterone one year and two months. For as long as I can remember I have felt like I have been in the wrong body. Growing up I knew I wanted to be a boy I just didn’t know that there was a community that that belong to or that there was a possibility for that to happen. It wasn’t until I got to college that I learned about the transgender community and testosterone and starting my journey I slowly started to come out to friends and family, some took a great while others didn’t take it so well. My parents had a rough time with her at first but now they’ve had time to think and see that I am much happier with who I have truly become and they are glad that I made the decision to transition.

I had top surgery back in June that but was not 100% covered by my insurance and unfortunately I've had some complications.

I have to go back in a month or so to get what went wrong fixed. And while all of that is going on, my a deaf and partially blind puppy got servere pancreatitis and gastroenteritis and ended up in the emergency room. She was in the emergency room for three days and two nights so you can imagine how much that bill was. Since my dogs are my babies and they come first and I had to dip into my top surgery funding money to pay for her emergency bill.
